We offer our families a range of opportunites throughout the school year to develop strong home/school links, as well as networking with organisations, charities and other families.
PARENT DROP IN
Our Parent Drop In is a great opportunity to meet other parents and have a chat. We sell resources eg. radar keys, ear defenders, chewables etc and also upcycled school uniform £1 per item.
FAMILY INFORMATION DAY
Our very successsful Family Information Day provides valuable support and advice for parents, carers and families from a range of organisations including Mencap, Whiz Kidz, Mental Health Matters, Star College, Ty Teulu, SNAP, NAS Bridgend, V2C, Y Bont, Sense, Special Families, Every Link Counts and many more.
LENDING LIBRARY
Our Lending Library is available via email Family@heronsbridge.bridgend.cymru and in Drop In sessions. Full of resources that benefit our pupils which can be borrowed for a period of time or purchased. Resources include timers, visual aids, fidget toys, chewelry, ear defenders, books radar keys, school toothpaste,etc.
